Summer Camp Registration
We offer three levels of Summer Rowing Programs for all levels of youth rowers (grades 5th to 12th) Learn To Row, Advanced Camp and High Performance Rowing.
Needs-based scholarships are available for anyone to participate. Families who received assistance during the school year MUST REAPPLY for Summer Camps. Click here to apply for assistance.
Youth campers are required to bring the following equipment:
- Refillable plastic water bottle
- Non-baggy shorts
- T-shirt
- Sneakers and socks
- Sunglasses
- Hat or visor
- Sunscreen
Learn To Row Camp is available to new rowers (entering grades 5-12 in the fall) interested in being on the water, learning the basics of rowing, increasing fitness, and HAVING FUN! No experience is necessary.
Learn to Row Camp is a series of six, one-week sessions with no minimum or maximum weeks a camper can register. After completing two weeks, campers will have the option to join our Advanced Camp.
- Dates: Monday to Friday from June 16 - July 25 (Fourth of July excluded)
- Time: 9 to 11 a.m.
- Cost: $260 per week. Cost for all six weeks is $1,300

Advanced Camp is for rowers and coxswains with at least one season of rowing experience or at least two Learn to Row Camps. Rowers will get practice in both sculling and sweep boats, large and small. Focus will be on good training habits, improving technique and fitness, and applying skills to competition. Following the last week of camp, campers will have the option of competing in the Halifax Summer Regatta (1-2 events per athlete).

High Performance Camp is open to high school rowers and coxswains who have at least one season of racing experience. Rowers will work on developing skills in small boats (1x, 2x, 2-), improving rowing and strength training techniques, and applying skills to competition. At the end of camp, campers will have the option to compete in the Halifax Summer Regatta in Daytona.
- Dates: Monday to Friday from June 16 - July 25 (Fourth of July excluded)
- Time: 9 to 11 a.m. (Monday to Friday) and 5 to 7 p.m. (Monday, Wednesday and Thursday)
- Cost: $260 per week. Cost for all six weeks is $1,300
