We are currently in the process of seeking a training location for our upcoming winter training session. The details for our training are as follows: Tentative dates: December 29, 2023, to January 6, 2024 Number of athletes: approximately 55 We would love to learn more about the possibility of training at your location during these dates. Specifically, we are interested in the following: Availability of the training facilities during our proposed dates. The feasibility of renting one or two launches, including any necessary safety equipment. Whether your location includes amenities such as restrooms Use of your launch dock Any additional information you think would be relevant or beneficial for an out-of-town team seeking to maximize their training experience at your club. I am currently trying to assess options for spring training for my team. We are looking for an all-inclusive opportunity (rowing equipment, launches, etc) rather than trailering our boats - though if we had to trailer our boats we could likely do that. Curious what options exist. I have heard very positive reviews from teams that have trained in this area and am excited to explore the possibility and see if the cost is within our price range. Current dates are approximate.

Good morning, Our director John Leonard tried to bring us last year to your club for winter training (he brought his team from Kansas) but unfortunately, it didn't happen for us. I'm going to be the contact point this year for GRR and we will try to make it happen this time around. I tried to call you for more information but you must have been on the road back from Boston. Ideally we would like to come for a week either March 4 to 11, or March 18 to 25. Our group is composed of master scullers (35 to 65yo) and we row in quads, doubles and singles. I think we should have around 10 rowers and one coach. I think having 1 quad, 2 doubles and 2 singles would be perfect for us so we can rotate people around, but we can be flexible depending on your availabilities in term of space and in boats. Could you please let me know if these dates would work and what combination of boats would be available, and what would be the cost estimate for this? Yo Paul (and others). Might be getting serious about this. We would arrive anytime on Wed the 5th. First row morning of the 6th. Last row Friday the 14th, leaving Sat the 15th. Hello, I have no problem putting together the lodging myself- just letting you know that we haven't yet. Also, if the boats are kept on the trailer/we can use our slings next to the trailer, rack storage wouldn't be necessary at all. There will be 2 coaches traveling w/ a selected 20 athletes (18 rowers/2coxswains) for this trip. We would be looking to potentially rent 2 launches depending on the cost. And finally, I know this is a long shot, but is there any chance that you would have space/ability to allow for a trailer to be stored between Jan 20th and Feb 29th? I know that's a long shot, and it definitely isn't a necessity for us, but I'm just pricing out options. We do typically head back and forth between MA and FL both in January and again for our spring break trip (Feb 29-Mar8 with a full team of approx 38) so I'm pricing out options. Thank you!
